Database Schema
- Supports any number of metadata fields for each sample type w/o schema modification.
- Flexibility to expand the system to support new sample types or other objects w/o schema or interface modification.
- Supports hierarchical thesauri and shape files.
- Stores sample relations and archive information. Supports user registration.
