Database Schema

  • Supports any number of metadata fields for each sample type w/o schema modification.
  • Flexibility to expand the system to support new sample types or other objects w/o schema or interface modification.
  • Supports hierarchical thesauri and shape files.
  • Stores sample relations and archive information. Supports user registration.
